Privacy policy

This website is operated by the developer of the ANATOLIKO project at Agia Triada, Thessaloniki (the “Controller”). Company details will be completed before public launch. Contact for privacy matters: sales@anatoliko.com.

What we collect: when you register your interest we process the data you enter (name, email, phone, preferred language, budget range, residence type, time horizon, message), technical data (IP address in hashed form, user agent) and attribution data (UTM parameters, landing page, referrer).

Why: to arrange a private preview and respond to your enquiry (performance of pre-contractual steps at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, only if you opt in, to send you news and construction updates (consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR — confirmed by double opt-in). You can withdraw consent at any time.

Where: your data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure in the European Union and shared only with processors needed to run the service (hosting, email delivery, and — once selected — our CRM provider), under data-processing agreements.

How long: enquiries are kept for the duration of the sales process and up to 3 years after the last contact; marketing consent until withdrawn.

Your rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr). Write to sales@anatoliko.com.
