The building
One curve, turned to the sea.
The hotel stands in Zone II, south-east of the residential clusters, its curved volume turned to the Thermaic Gulf. Cantilevered terraces step down towards the gardens and the pools; at night a line of light runs along every floor.
For residents, the hotel is the resort's engine: concierge, spa, restaurants, the beach club, and a rental-management programme for those who wish to let their residence when they are away.
